Hope you all had a good week. This week is Souper Bowl Sunday! How does Gumbo sound? Add some rice to this on the side and you have a great entre. Lots of great things in the inventory. Maybe there is something that will go well with your party. With next week being Valentines Day I will be making a nice batch of Cassoulet. Okay, Guys; Surprise your lady. Girls; Surprise your man!
