This soup was a big hit with my husband and I. I started with raw chicken thighs and cooked them first. Excellent recipe that I will definitely make again!

Came together quite nicely. I had leftover chicken and turkey bacon strips . I roasted the potatoes in the own with the Italian season to get a head start on the cooking time. Very hearty! Perfect comfort food for game day!

I used 2 chicken breasts that I sautéed up and followed the recipe as written. It was very good, served with crusty bread. Comfort food!

I had some cooked chicken I need to use up when this recipe popped into my in-box. I made it exactly as written and it was absolutely delicious. Looked just like the picture 🙂 I shredded some cheese to put on top, but it really wasn’t needed. It’s more like a chowder; filling and satisfying. Thanks for the great recipe!
