The spring has been so warm that I held a bridal shower brunch outside last week. We had a sunflower theme, lots of oranges and yellows, and I served this soup in whisky glasses on ice in a big serving tray. I stole some garnish ideas from one of your other soups – cucumbers and scallions – and everyone loved it.
