Absolutely delicious! I made exactly as written except I used no-sodium chicken broth.
I used fire-roasted diced tomatoes, and homemade pesto I had in the freezer. My other veggies were green cabbage, frozen peas, roasted red pepper, tomatoes & garlic. I love how versatile this recipe is.

Every single soup I have made from this website has been spot-on. Well written, great recipes. Thank you!
