First of all, you’re not crazy. Memory is tricksy. At least mine is. But, I haven’t changed this recipe. I did recently update my Cheeseburger Beer Soup recipe, though, but not the Autumn Squash soup.

The flavor in this soup kicks Panera’s butt! Omg the spices are perfection! Highly recommend this recipe

Tried this recipe and it is by far the best one. I have tried numerous copycat recipes and none of them come close. I shared it with a friend and she loved it to. I followed the recipe exactly as it is writen, will be making this time and time again. I will have to trie some other recipes on the blog, it is soup weather here in Wisconsin.

This recipe came across my path again on Pinterest and I remembered that I still needed to leave a review: 5 stars all the way, Karen! The last time I made it, I used all roasted pumpkin because I had loads of pie pumpkins, and it was still just delicious. It’s our favorite fall soup!

My wife LOVES Panera’s autumn squash soup! She really likes this with a few tweaks. We upped each of the 3 spices by 1/4 tsp and we blend the onions with the squash to make this soup velvety smooth. Great recipe though. Just depends if you like the flavors of the spices more subtle or heavier.
