I’ve been in search of the perfect dumpling for years and this dumpling is very very close. I can taste the baking powder so next time I’ll only try 1 tsp. Thanks.

I’ve made this soup several times this winter, and it’s become a family favorite. I now want to put dumplings in everything haha!

This soup was sooo good! I ended up using some leftover regular buttermilk that I had in the fridge, but, the dumplings were so easy, and the kids loved scooping them out of the pan. Big hit here, especially after a day of playing in the snow!
