In reply to Jenny. I’m so happy to hear that it’s a repeater! The nice thing about this soup is that it’s super flexible and can accommodate whatever you’ve got going on in the pantry. I can rarely source fava beans in my local stores any more, so more often than not, I sub in white beans, too!

This soup is so very good! I forgot to buy fava beans and broccoli-just subbed white beans. Added spinach that I needed to use. (And also subbed pasta for orzo). Will make again!
