My first Indian recipe EVER! I mean, I’ve never even tried Indian food before, and here I am – I made it myself! I think I’m going to skip the rice and the sauce altogether next time – the yogurt chicken was so yummy just by iteself – I could eat the whole tray just like that, standing over it in my kitchen! 😀 Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe and all the extra work to did you make it easy for your readers!

Wow, this looks fantastic! Chicken Tikka Masala is my favorite Indian dish (and there’s not a one I don’t like—except for that nasty bitter melon), but it always sounded so complicated to make. You really did your homework in laying it all out. Your writing is a real crack-up, too. : )
