That’s a great question. And one I’m having a hard time answering lol. My grocery store doesn’t even sell broccoli rabe anymore (and actually, no one around here that I know of), so I’ve been substituting broccolini or dinosaur kale (neither of which are really close in flavor, but are adequate texture substitutes). I went back through my photos from that recipe; unfortunately, I didn’t snap a picture of the ingredients. But just eyeballing the finished photos, I would guess 2 or 3 stalks, with the leaves? So frustrating when stores stop carrying stuff!
