Yes, I think that should work just fine! You might need to make the potato walls a little more distinct to hold in the eggs — I just pushed things apart with my fingers because the yolk sac settles right into the dent, which the liquid eggs may or may not do without thicker walls. 😉

What a great idea. In theory, I should be able to make scrambled eggs in the well, right? And the possibilities are unlimited for additional ingredients. I can do this.
