In reply to Laurie. I've kept it in the fridge for about 3 days without problem (haven't tried longer). It separates a little bit, but if you store it in a leak-proof container, a quick shake takes care of that.

Any idea how far in advance this can be prepared? I’d like to make a batch for the work week, but not sure it would be good after several days. Any thoughts?
