It’s been so hot here the last few weeks, I just can’t stand turning on the stove anymore. So, we made this one evening for a light dinner. It was so good! I couldn’t find a serrano pepper at the store, so, used jalapeno – I think the heat level is very similar. I wasn’t sure what to expect from gazpacho – it looked like a smoothie, but it was savory and yummy!
