It’s especially nice in the fall when everyone’s hanging out by the grill rather than fighting over the few shady spots in the yard lol. Pick and nibble right off the grill.

I’ve made this same dish for a long time in a cast iron skillet, but grilling everything (not just the sausages) looks way better. And I’d never thought about tiny potatoes and mini peppers. You are a genius!
