Huge fan of this soup, the flavors are great. I double the onion and the spinach. The soup has a bit of complexity which I really enjoy and is such a great to take off the Feb chill. I ruined this once with a low quality Italian sausage, but otherwise I have great success time and time again.
Really appreciate these recipes and all the work put into them. – thanks
