Haven’t heard of a cabbage soup before and this is my very first rest time . It sounds good and looks great with all the flavourful veggies .I’ll making this for lunch and I cannot wait to taste it. Oh! I think I am going to love this soup! Veggie laden with the brightness of lemon is a perfect combo to me. Years ago, in a past life, my ” then” husband’s memere would have the whole family for cabbage soup and pork pie on New Year day. It was cabbage forward with lots of onion and tomato. I loved it! So, I know this will be a hit! Thanks. And stay out of the heat!
