Today we have an unusually cool May evening and found your recipe when I searched ‘Spring Soups.’ This soup is absolutely amazing! Served it with a crusty loaf of bread. My whole family loved it. We adapted a bit to what we had on hand: asparagus for the sugar snap peas, oregano pesto for the basil pesto. I can see this being extremely adaptive to the seasons. Thanks for a great recipe!

We had a surprise hot and sunny Saturday and I decided to make this for dinner after seeing it in your newsletter. I found some nice sugar snaps, leeks and spring onions at Kroger, and all in all, it was a really nice soup. Definitely keeping this one for spring and summer.
