I had to hunt down my cooking notes to confirm – there is marjoram, too, but I did accidentally leave off the tarragon when typing up the recipe card. So sorry about that – I hate when there’s confusion!

All of your verbage says tarragon is one of the herbs in this soup, but the recipe calls for marjoram. I made it as the recipe says, but I love tarragon…which is it?

We love soup! Especially of the chicken variety! This is a delicious version! Using rotisserie chicken adds a nice flavor. I use all the bones to make my homemade broth in a crockpot. I freeze the bones, then, when I have three, into the crockpot to cook overnight. Easy peasy!!
